Harnham Farm is nestled in a valley on top of the Southpansberg Mountain Range and is 14 km from Louis Trichardt on the N1 north to Zimbabwe. For your relaxation, we offer a variety of facilities to ensure you leave us rested and ready for the road ahead. The lodge has recently developed two lovely hiking trails of 5km and 6km respectively each.
Enjoy this preserved family farm in exquisite tranquil scene. It includes spectacular views of mountain scenery bordered by Soutpansberg mountains and breath-taking nature.
The accommodation comprises of 5 comfortable dam chalets, a rondavel, and a mountain cottage. Two of the dam chalets accommodates 4 – 6 guests and the other 3 accommodates 2 guests.
Additionally, a thatched en-suite rondavel sleeps two people. There is a swimming pool, one lounge with DStv, as well as a lapa.
The exclusive Mountain Cottage can sleep two people. It has one large bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. It also has a private lapa area, as well as covered parking for two cars. The chalet is fully equipped with all cutleries, crockery, and linen.
The Mountain Cottage sleeps 2 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and 2 single beds in the living room. It has a communal bathroom, and a small kitchen equipped with microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses and pots.
- Chalet 1, 2 and 4 is all equipped with single beds. They also have individual lappas
- Only chalets 1 and 2 are pet friendly
- Chalet 3,4 and 5: are 2 sleepers suitable for a couples.

Is a four sleeper, 2 en-suite bedrooms with queen beds. It had its own braai facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
The yellow footprint trail is situated in the game camp area where you will also find the bass dams and chalets. This is a family trail and is relatively easy. Some indigenous trees have been labelled with name tags.
You could encounter many different water birds around the area of the dams. Blesbok, Duiker, porcupine, and bushpigs are roaming this area.
The green footprint trail is situated in the mountain forest area. This trail is rated moderate to difficult. When walking silently you could encounter the very scarce Purple crested Lourie.
At almost the end of this trail is a small waterfall…in season.
